200g Choceur Premium Chocolate (milk or dark)
50g almonds (or your preferred nuts, chopped)
50g dried cranberries (or any dried fruit)
1 tsp sea salt (optional)
1 tbsp shredded coconut (optional)
Directions
- Break the Choceur Premium Chocolate into smaller pieces and place in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely melted and smooth.
- Chop the almonds or other nuts and set them aside. At this stage, you can also prepare your dried fruit or coconut flakes.
- Pour the melted chocolate onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spreading it into an even layer.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts, dried cranberries, sea salt, and coconut evenly over the chocolate.
- Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature for 2 hours or refrigerate for 30-40 minutes until hardened.
- Once set, break the chocolate bark into irregular pieces and enjoy.
