2 chicken breasts (sliced)
12 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves (minced)
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 cup chicken broth
Salt & pepper
Parsley for garnish
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Toss cooked pasta in the sauce and add the cooked chicken.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
