Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (or frozen)

  • 1 cup spinach leaves (fresh)

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut water (or water)

  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (optional for added protein)

  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for extra fiber)

  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (if using fresh fruit)

  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)

Directions

  • If using fresh banana or pineapple, chop them into small pieces for easy blending.
  • In a blender, add the spinach leaves and coconut water (or water) first to ensure smooth blending.
  • Add pineapple chunks, banana, yogurt, chia seeds (if using), and honey or syrup.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds. Scrape down the sides if needed.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add more water or coconut water. If it’s too thin, add more ice or banana.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
