1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (optional for added protein)

1/2 cup ice cubes (if using fresh fruit)
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
Directions
- If using fresh banana or pineapple, chop them into small pieces for easy blending.
- In a blender, add the spinach leaves and coconut water (or water) first to ensure smooth blending.
- Add pineapple chunks, banana, yogurt, chia seeds (if using), and honey or syrup.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds. Scrape down the sides if needed.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add more water or coconut water. If it’s too thin, add more ice or banana.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
