1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
½ cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1 onion, diced
2 tablespoons butter

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook carrots in boiling water until tender, about 10 minutes.
- In a skillet, sauté onion in butter until soft.
- Mix cooked carrots, onions, eggs, milk, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer to a greased dish and top
