Brussels Sprouts Casserole with Bacon
Ingredients:
- 4 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Time:
45 minutes.
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roast Brussels sprouts for 20 minutes.
- Cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté garlic in bacon fat, then add cream and thyme. Simmer until thickened.
- Stir in cheeses until melted.
- Combine Brussels sprouts, bacon, and cream mixture in a casserole dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
