200g Choceur Premium Chocolate (dark or milk)
1/2 cup chopped almonds (or nuts of choice)
1/4 cup dried cranberries (optional)
1/4 tsp sea salt (optional, for a salty-sweet flavor)
Directions
- Roughly chop the almonds (or other nuts). Set aside.
- Break the Choceur Premium Chocolate into small pieces and place in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted (about 1-2 minutes).
- Stir the chopped almonds, cranberries (if using), and sea salt into the melted chocolate.
- Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread it into an even layer, about 1/4-inch thick.
- Place the tray in the refrigerator for about 1 hour or until the chocolate has completely set.
- Once the chocolate is hardened, break it into pieces and serve!
