Ingredients

  • 1 pound dried pasta (penne, fettuccine, or spaghetti)

  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant.
  • Pour the heavy cream and chicken broth into the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook for a few minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Add the shredded rotisserie chicken, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to the sauce. Stir to combine.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until evenly coated in the creamy sauce.
