Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • 1/4 cup orange juice or milk (for thinner consistency)

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for a chilled smoothie)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional, for extra fiber)

Directions

  • Combine the yogurt, berries, banana, and orange juice (or milk) in a blender.
  • Add honey or maple syrup if you want extra sweetness.
  • Blend everything until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more liquid.
  • Toss in the ice cubes for a frosty texture, and blend again.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and top with chia or flaxseeds if desired.

They are packed with antioxidants! I love the tartness of the mixed berries combined with Greek yogurt.
