1/2 cup spinach (packed)
1/4 cucumber (chopped)
1 small green apple (chopped)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1-inch piece of ginger (peeled)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp honey (optional)
1/2 cup coconut water
Directions
- Wash all fresh produce thoroughly. Peel the ginger and chop the cucumber and apple.
- Add spinach, cucumber, green apple, ginger, turmeric, lemon juice, and coconut water to a blender.
- Blend for 1-2 minutes or until the mixture is smooth.
- For a smoother shot, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
- Add honey if you prefer a sweeter taste.
- Pour the wellness shot into small glasses and enjoy immediately!
