Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mango

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk or almond milk

  • 1/2 banana

Directions

  • Peel and dice the mango, slice the banana, and if using, wash the spinach and ginger.
  • In a blender, combine the mango, banana, spinach (if using), turmeric, honey, coconut milk, ice cubes, and ginger (if using).
  • Blend on high until all ingredients are smooth and creamy. Add more coconut milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy immediately.
