Ingredients

  • 1 red cabbage, finely shredded

  • 2 apples, sliced

  • 2-star anise

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Directions

  • Melt butter in a pan and cook cabbage and apples for 5 minutes
  • Add star anise, sugar, and vinegar, and simmer for 20 minutes until soft.
