Spinach, Feta & Artichoke Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 package frozen tater tots
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp oregano
- Olive oil, salt, and pepper

45 minutes.
steps:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil, then add spinach and artichoke hearts. Cook until spinach wilts.
- Mix spinach mixture with Greek yogurt and feta.
- Layer mixture in a casserole dish and top with tater tots.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until tater tots are crispy.
